- Business-to-Consumer (B2C)
- Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C)
- Consumer-to-Business (C2B)
- Business-to-Administration (B2A)

Place Order
- Customer Register account on E-Commerce portal.
- Customer place order on E-commerce company portal like Flipkart or Amazon.
Receive Orders
- Supplier receive order from E-commerce portal placed by customer.
- Validate order and accept as per availability of products or services.
Process Order
- Supplier prepare product and make primary packing of product.
- Supplier handover product to logistics delivery.
Shipping Order
- Logistics do the final packing of product with company standards.
Payment
- Customer pay for order online via E-commerce portal.
- Payment can be made at time of delivery or post order receive.
